When FreeBSD have higer performans than Linux and When Linuxhavehigher performans than FreeBSD

It's Fri, Dec 12, 2003 at 11:48 . I'm in a small dim room with doors labeled
 "Dungeon" and "Forbidden". There is noise, the door marked Dungeon
 flies open and Simon Gray SHOUTS:

Start with   man 7 tuning   and then see the references at the
bottom of that page.
