FreeBSD - Secure by DEFAULT ?? [hosts.allow]

I guess I also need to allow the other Services, in this order:

sshd : myhomepc : allow
exim : ALL : allow
httpd : ALL : allow
ftpd : ALL : allow
ALL : ALL : deny

Is this right?
