semnification for hashsize, buckets and max_chain_len in dummynet

Hi!
Can someone explain how is configured and organized the flows in dummynet, and what
is the role of hashsize, buckets and max_chain_len. My interest is
about setting this parameters in case of an great number of flows.

For example, if i have an pipe and 1000 queue connected to that pipe.
What is value for hashsize and buckets in this case?
