Performance issue with L2 filtering using ipfw

Hi,

I discovered that MAC based filtering takes an average of 37 seconds to 
start filtering, although removing the accesslist takes immediate effect.
I'm currently using FreeBSD 4.10-STABLE kernel and have ipfw2 compiled.

Any ideas?
