So you do indeed boot!

Below is dmesg.boot from my rx2600,
which is very similar to zx6000,
but intented for rack mount use.
It looks very similar to yours,
except I've less RAM.

Your log ends with

da0 at mpt0 bus 0 scbus1 target 0 lun 0

Perhaps something is wrong with the disk,
or the controller?

Have you got MP console installed?
Can you check the system log (SL command
in MP console, there should be a BMC
equivalent)? Are there any logged events
prior to the hard reset.
