port lang/gnustep-base - make configure fails on ia64

I have reported this upstream and copied you; I assume you'll be able
to test.  Somehow it seems interest in FreeBSD/ia64 is pretty low, but
let's see whether we can get some hints on how to fix this.  Shouldn't
be all that hard for someone who knows.
