This is caused by 3 explicit failures:

(gdb is broken everywhere because the snapshot has been removed)

The rest either depend on these ports, or are explicitly ignored on
ia64 (e.g. xorg-server, ruby) or ignored globally (screen, which is
not buildable as a package).
