20031027 snapshot on ftp2.freebsd.org

Gang,

I just completed the first snapshot since 5.1-RELEASE and also the
first from the CVS repository to support the HP machines as well as
the Intel Tiger 4. The snapshot can be found here:
	ftp://ftp2.freebsd.org/pub/FreeBSD/snapshots/ia64

The snapshot took 7.5 hours to build on an idle HP rx2600 with an
UP kernel without debugging options. That's a respectable time
given that we stil have low-level TLB and SMP work still ahead of
us.
