Dual-booting freebsd 4.9 with Fedora Core 3

Hi,

Ive an IBM Thinkpad T41 and like to dual-boot with FreeBSD 4.9 and
Fedora core 3.

Theres a plethora of info available on the net about this which is
very confusing.

If anyone is using these 2 OSes successfully , ps let me know how to
go about it.
