>Description:
When I attempt to update 9.1-RELEASE-p4 to 9.1-RELEASE-p6 via freebsd-update I found that freebsd-update ignore some config options:

/etc/freebsd-update.conf => Components src/base src/sys world

freebsd-update fetch
Looking up update.FreeBSD.org mirrors... 5 mirrors found.
Fetching metadata signature for 9.1-RELEASE from update3.freebsd.org... done.
Fetching metadata index... done.
Inspecting system... done.
Preparing to download files... done.
Fetching 4 files... done.

The following files are affected by updates, but no changes have
been downloaded because the files have been modified locally:
/etc/mail/sendmail.cf
/etc/mail/submit.cf

The following files will be updated as part of updating to 9.1-RELEASE-p6:
/usr/include/dev/mfi/mfivar.h
