i386/119946: [est] sysctl dev.cpu.0.freq on 75 Hz, cannot be changed

Hi,

IIRC it was a "feature, not bug" - when the CPU was overheated, it was
throttled to the lowest possible frequency. After a while (usually
about 10 minutes) it was OK.
If there wasn't cpufreq module loaded, system crashed.
