FreeBSD szatanek 6.1-RELEASE-p23 FreeBSD 6.1-RELEASE-p23 #1: Tue Mar 18 13:27:04 CET 2008 root at szatanek:/usr/src/sys/i386/compile/szatanek i386
>Description:
When I tried to boot my machine from freebsd 6.2, 6.3 bootonly CD, booting process stop at:
ips0: adapter type: ServeRAID 6M (marco)
ips0: logical drives: 1
ips0: Logical Drive 0: Raid5 sectors 284385280, state OK
ipsd0: <Logical Drive> on ips0
ipsd0: Logical Drive (138860MB)
But when I tried to boot from 6.1 system works ok. Even I tried to cvsup kernel sources from 6.2, 6.3 but result whas the same. It's very painfull thing for me beacuse I need to use security event auditing.
I gave you in attachment my kernel config which works on fbsd 6.1, and output from dmidecode.
