Make Universe cannot build the i386/PAE kernel because
some usb drivers are not "nodeviced" in it like the rest
of the USB code.

cd /usr/src
make universe
tail -20 _.i386.PAE
>Fix:
In -current we seem to have included (ie: not nodevice'd)
the USB stack in the PAE kernel.
Not sure what the proper fix is for RELENG_7
