Card getd detected and ist displayed as Interface (ifconfig), even reports
Carrier to console when (un)plugging from the Network

Plug a ProSum ATM-155 card in, compile with "device patm" (and ATM-support),
start up HARP or NATM. With the first "ifconfig" (with IP-Settings) on
an ATM-Interface System goes boom.
