 Hello,
 
 During startup you might have given some boot information,
 is the CD/DVD drive detected there? If you were to use
 lets say FreeSBIE or PC-BSD, what information do you get
 then? (They are build upon FreeBSD releases). Perhaps the
 latter step might be required so that we can see what happens
 at what stage in case we cannot see the startup information
 from the installation-cd (CD-1)
