After I reported a bug to Samba team, they give me some suggestions and comments.
Thanks Allison (jra at samba.org) and Lendecke (vl at samba.org). It seems that there is a problem in file locking calls. After I set 'posix locking = no' in smb.conf, the file sharing works fine.
