Hello,

I had no problems. It is true that the first attempt to fetch the file 
fails, because they change the directory layout, but the mirror server 
still worked for me. I think it will be fixed soon.

Fetch the file manually and place it in /usr/ports/distfiles.

By the way: the mailing list ports at freebsd.org is a better place for 
this kind of issues.
