MB: Asus P4SP-MX with last bios (v 1004)

Diff TEST config from GENERIC (ACPI dont working without this):

and hang. then hardware reset only (
Hangs with GENERIC kernel. Hangs when boot from CD. I tried with/witout ACPI, changed all bios setting, tried early bios version. Including "option BROKEN_KEYBOARD_RESET" dont work.

But "shutdown -p now" work fine with ACPI.
