The same system hangs during boot, see below, therefore no uname -a
of the 5.2 system.

>Description:

There is a vendor in Germany for 3-port NICs based on the
Intel 82559ER Embedded 10/100 Ethernet chip:

http://www.pyramid.de/d/builttosuit/3nic.shtml?id=4

When this board is installed, the 5.2 REL iso does not boot.
It hungs right after the PCI bridge is detected.

Here's the output of pciconv -l -v on a freebsd 4.9 system:

pcib3 at pci2:12:0:        class=0x060400 card=0x000000dc chip=0xb1528086 rev=0x00

fxp1 at pci3:1:0:  class=0x020000 card=0x00000000 chip=0x12098086 rev=0x09 hdr=0x00

    vendor   = 'Oxford Semiconductor Ltd'
    device = 'OX12PCI840 PCI Parallel Port'
    class    = simple comms
    subclass = parallel port

On a 4.9, it is detected during bootup as

pcib3: <PCI to PCI bridge (vendor=8086 device=b152)> at device 12.0 on pci2

pci3: <unknown card> (vendor=0x1415, dev=0x8403) at 3.0 irq 11

On a 5.2, it hungs after the

pci3: <PCI bus> on pcib3

>How-To-Repeat:

Boot 5.2 ISO, wait for system hang.

No idea right now.
