i386/52822: 5.1-BETA2 problems with named/syslogd/if_sis at boot

This problem with named, syslogd, if_sis, still occurs after system and
kernel rebuild from CVSup of 06/02/2003 19:36 CDT.

Scheduler selected: SCHED_ULE

I will retry again with the default scheduler.
