Cvsup servers not updating?

I can't seem to find a cvsup server that has any src updates available
for the last 24 hours. Ports and docs are updating. Commit email
suggests that there should be updates available. Is some process stuck
somewhere?  I have tried cvsup.freebsd.org, cvsup1.freebsd.org,
cvsup5.freebsd.org, and cvsup15.freebsd.org.

On a RELENG_8 system:
===========================================================================
scatest# /usr/bin/csup -L 2 -h cvsup.freebsd.org
/usr/share/examples/cvsup/stable-supfile
Parsing supfile "/usr/share/examples/cvsup/stable-supfile"
Connecting to cvsup.freebsd.org
Connected to 72.233.193.64
Server software version: SNAP_16_1h
Negotiating file attribute support
Exchanging collection information
Establishing multiplexed-mode data connection
Running
Updating collection src-all/cvs
Shutting down connection to server
Finished successfully
===========================================================================

Thanks,

Scott
