New FreeBSD mirror at Lawrence Berkeley Lab

We here at LBL (Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory) use FreeBSD quite
a lot. We also have very fat pipes to the Internet and found it to our
advantage to have a FreeBSD mirror. We have decided that we would like
to have this mirror designated as an official mirror using both IPv4 and
IPv6 traffic. The LBL mirror can be found at freebsd.mirrors.es.net.
