gnats over rsync?

Hi,

cvsup recently stopped working on -STABLE, it crashes on startup.
See http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=124353 for details.

So I'm looking for alternative way of getting a local GNATS copy.
Do we have /home/gnats somewhere on public rsync?
