Johan,

In order to set up an official mirror, start with this document:

http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/articles/hubs/index.html

Then, once all is ready, contact the hostmaster for your region,
typically hostmaster at XX.freebsd.org where XX is your country code.

Once they have your hostname set up, they contact
mirror-admin at FreeBSD.org to get you listed in the official list.

If you have not done so already, join this mailing list [
http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-hubs ] in order to
be kept up-to-date on any changes to the mirroring process.
