additional ftp,cvsup, rsync mirrors for Turkey

Hello,

The national academic network services of Turkey (www.ulakbim.gov.tr) is now a
mirror of FreeBSD. Can you please update the relevant handbook pages?

They are updating once in a day. Everything seems to be in order. I didnt try 
the rsync service myself yet but ftp and cvsup seems to be working.

PS.

By the way, in FreeBSD web page the Turkey/3 link which is pointing to 
http://www.enderunix.org/freebsd/ is NOT functioning.

I do not know why they requested this at first place as www.enderunix.org seems 
to be in USA/NY, definetely not a mirror in Turkey!!!
