Hello, I do not see any reached limits on ftp-master.cz.FreeBSD.org, except
that maybe you are trying more parallel connections over cvsup? There is
allowed just one concurrent connection from one host using cvsup - if you
need more parallel connections, I can change ftp-master.cz.FreeBSD.org
policy.

I thought that you are using 193.219.61.67 = ameba.sc-uni.ktu.lt
(ftp2.lt.freebsd.org). What is 213.197.128.70 = ocean.cs.microlink.lt?
Records 213.197.128.70 (ocean.delfi.lt) and 195.190.141.3 (zeus.if.lt)
are old records from ftp-master and I do not know anything about them.

I see two permanently failing cvsup updates, from @draupnir.rhnet.is
(I have just information "130.208.16.26 - ftp1.is.freebsd.org") and from
@ocean.cs.microlink.lt.
