broken packages directory/link for amd64 freebsd 5.1 release ?

thanks for the explanation ken.  it makes sense now how this would
have happened.  does it make any sense to clean it up to bring
it into line with all the other releases - because it's pretty small
it shouldn't cause much data transfer for other mirrors to move it
out of releases and into ports.
