Hi Kris,

I can always control things on my mirror but the idea was to try to
take a step back to see if anything could be done at the top level
rather than every mirror making individual decisions which would
lead to fragmentation of the mirroring effort.

I respect the individual nature of mirroring but believe it's better
if there was some sort of structure (which Ken has been putting
together with input from yourself, Scott, Murray, Jun and others) so
that there was a consistent picture for end user.
