i386 packages in place (really, this time)

I have just finished uploading the final 5.1-R i386 package set to
ftp-master, including some fix-ups I made this afternoon (the earlier
problems in getting an updated package set were due to lack of space
on ftp-master).

Can everyone please try to sync up with the new set before release?

Packages for other architectures will follow shortly.
