My 3 Questions

I want buying a server for running FreeBSD 7.0 but i have three questions.

1- Freebsd can support Dual Quad Xeon CPU (QUAD CORE XEON E5405 2.0G 12M
1333 XD VT) ?
2- FreeBSD can support this network card (DUAL INTEL 82563EB GIGABIT
ETHERNET 10/100/1000) ?
3- What is the best FreeBSD version (i386, amd64) ? If a install amd64,
the 32 bits application works well ?

I have searching on google but i did'nt find answer.
