problem with network card in P35+ICH9

get 6 at boot loader and

set hw.ata.atapi_dma=0
boot

SATA works fine.

i have similar motherboard, forget about Realtek 8111B it's terrible. buy 
some normal network card, or - use realtek but with hardware checksumming 
off.
