[em] Intel S5000-based mobo, em driver does not attach to first ethernet

There may be more than one issue lurking here, however, at least one symptom
like this is addressed in the shared code changes to the HEAD driver. I would
appreciate it if you could test that driver. I believe it will even build on 7.
