Dell Poweredge 1950, boot problem

I have rebuilt the kernel with DDB support; I used -stable sources
from 23th Dec 2006. Funny enough, but it boots fine so far. However,
"sysctl hw.ncpu" shows 1 instead of 4, so I suspect something
weird happening. The verbose dmesg is at
