D-Link - DWL-G650+ on FreeBSD 4.5

Hello,
I would like to configure my old laptop running FreeBSD 4.5

But get these error:
#dmesg|grep pcic0

I have a Toshiba Portege 7000CT

Any advice will be much appreciated.
