Dell 1950 won't cleanly reboot

Any suggestion what I should try next?  (beside of switching back to
linux... :>)  Should I try 7-CURRENT?  I know it's not (yet) under 
http://www.freebsd.org/platforms/amd64/motherboards.html . 

The server is now 2-3 months old, I guess I am not the only one using
this hardware under freebsd now?
