No idea, what else can I test?

bge1: <Broadcom BCM5701 Gigabit Ethernet, ASIC rev. 0x105> mem 0xf1000000-0xf100ffff irq 11 at device 1.0 on pci4
miibus1: <MII bus> on bge1
brgphy1: <BCM5701 10/100/1000baseTX PHY> on miibus1
brgphy1: 10baseT, 10baseT-FDX, 100baseTX, 100baseTX-FDX, 1000baseTX, 1000baseTX-FDX, auto

bge2: <Broadcom BCM5701 Gigabit Ethernet, ASIC rev. 0x105> mem 0xf1010000-0xf101ffff irq 11 at device 2.0 on pci4
miibus2: <MII bus> on bge2
brgphy2: <BCM5701 10/100/1000baseTX PHY> on miibus2

This onboard card works without problems.

bge0: <Broadcom BCM5703 Gigabit Ethernet, ASIC rev. 0x1002> mem 0xf2000000-0xf200ffff irq 11 at device 1.0 on pci3
miibus0: <MII bus> on bge0

brgphy0: 10baseT, 10baseT-FDX, 100baseTX, 100baseTX-FDX, 1000baseTX, 1000baseTX-FDX, auto
