SuperG is a marketing term.  If you want to know if you can use an 
Atheros card w/ FreeBSD then the answer is yes, -current has support for 
any PCI/Cardbus card presently in the retail channels. 5.x has year old 
code and some of the more recent parts are not supported.

If you're asking for something else please be more specific.
