Well it's for use with Asterix and also I would like to be able
to use it for other purposes , like to build a Access Concentrator
for ISDN access, however the Digium card are somehow missing the DSP
part to implement the MODEM support (V90 would be sufficient).

So having the driver to be able to use mpd with it would be still quite
usefull.
