Hi I just bought a new TDK IndiDVD 420N DVD-RW Burner. I booted it and looked at dmesg, it recognizes it as a CDRW

acd0: CDRW <TDK DVDRW420N> at ata1-master PIO4
cd0 at ata1 bus 0 target 0 lun 0
cd0: <TDK DVDRW420N 1.39> Removable CD-ROM SCSI-0 device
cd0: 16.000MB/s transfers
cd0: Attempt to query device size failed: NOT READY, Medium not present

Im trying to burn a dvd, but i get these errors

growisofs -dvd-compat -Z /dev/cd0=movie.iso
:-( unable to CAMGETPASSTHRU for /dev/cd0: Device not configured

growisofs -dvd-compat -Z /dev/acd0=movie.iso
:-( unable to CAMGETPASSTHRU for /dev/acd0: Inappropriate ioctl for device

My kernel has been rebuilt with

device atapicam

Lets look at the camlist output

camcontrol devlist -v
scbus0 on ata0 bus 0:
< > at scbus0 target -1 lun -1 ()
scbus1 on ata1 bus 0:

<LITE-ON LTR-40125S ZS0K> at scbus1 target 1 lun 0 (cd1,pass1)
< > at scbus1 target -1 lun -1 ()
scbus2 on ata2 bus 0:
< > at scbus2 target -1 lun -1 ()
scbus3 on ata3 bus 0:
< > at scbus3 target -1 lun -1 ()
scbus-1 on xpt0 bus 0:
< > at scbus-1 target -1 lun -1 (xpt0)

Any insights would be helpful, thank you.
