FreeBSD 5.1 and Realtek 8139B

when my notebook boots up an try to my cardbus it detect my Realtek 8139B 
pcmcia card but then it stop working... is there any solution for this 
problem..
i got the message

"rl0: maybe not working or unstable in automode"
