FreeBSD pci joystick support

Hello,

    I am wondering if anyone can tell me how I can get some code for pci
joystick support into cvs so that it becomes part of 4-CURRENT.
    I recently purchased a Logitech Wingman Joystick for my pci Soundblaster
MP3+ card. Initially the joystick did not work because the joy.c in
4.8-RELEASE only supports the gameport of the isa Soundblaster, not the pci
Soundblaster. Mat Kanner gave me a patch over on freebsd-multimedia that added
support for pci Soundblaster gameports. I would like to get this patch checked
in if it passes inspection so other projects can start supporting this too.
