Hi Neal,
I strongly recommend the Intel Pro NICs. We use them in all our Servers.

What you want is:
PILA8472C3  --> Dual Port Pro/100+S  (has encryption)

PWLA8492MT --> Dual Port Pro/1000 (10/100/1000)

If you can't find them, we can ship them.
