does "kldstat | grep nvidia" show anything? if not
kldload nvidia
or
echo nvidia_load=\"YES\" >> /boot/loader.conf
reboot
does this change anything? you seem to be missing /dev/nvidiactl
which probably means that the nvidia module is not loaded
