sched_autogroup_enabled

hi everybody,

i just read up on the very popular linux 200 line sched patch that everyone's
talking about right now [1].

especially the videos posted on the seond page of [1] are very impressive. did
somebody dive into the patch and see if SCHED_ULE could benefit from it?
