Compiling kernel with gcc43 [SOLVED] -ADDENDUM

Well, to tell the truth I wasn't that thrilled with the results. I didn't

1) /usr/include/cam/cam.h needed #include <stdio.h> for FILE define, 
complained by:

You have to:

1) make patch
2) apply the mods
3) make
