Superpages on amd64 FreeBSD 7.2-STABLE

There's a bunch of other random crap that may be going on relating to
the helper processes (eg rewriters, auth, etc) which may also be
restarted.

Anyway. The thread is about superpage demotion and copying, not what
Squid is or isn't doing in her configuration. :)
