about zlib on FreeBSD

I finally got around to merging this.

After rebuilding libarchive and tar, tar -c --format=zip
should work.

Note:  The zip writer does have room for improvement; if
anyone's interested in a side project, it would
be great to get ZIP64 support and a few other details
filled in.
