Why are you writing a check for __FBSDID?  Our sources so assume it
that IMnoHO you just need to provide it.  See missing/sys/cdefs.h in
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/misc/sjg/bmake-20080215.tar.gz
