Help debugging, machine won't boot anymore.

I have a machine running 7.0-STABLE/amd64 and it has suddenly
stopped booting. It just leaves me at the debugger with this message:

The ACPI warning has always been there.

Any places of interest in the debugger? What's a likely culprit? bad RAM?
