options TI_JUMBO_HDRSPLIT and TI_PRIVATE_JUMBOS are mutually exclusive

...seem like i just need for Tx side [ smtp /outgoing mail server ] by
enable kern.ipc.zero_copy.send & disable kern.ipc.zero_copy.receive
